Horrible customer service. Won't allow you to return items after 30 days even though it says this NOWHERE, fair warning! Recently bought a Petco brand item that clearly had a manufacturer defect and they wouldn't take it back! I knew I was loyal to Petsmart for a reason, never again will I shop here.

After the vets orders to change my puppies diets, I was literally a lost puppy tonight at Petco. Ben found me and was just so amazing and helpful. He answered all of my questions and I was able to make smarter decisions when it came to my babies. He helped me to save so much money by showing me coupons for items I already had that I would have had no idea about and even showed me how their training program could help both my pups. We love to bring our puppy to puppy play, but this new management is making it so boring and everytime we come there is a new boring rule in place! Ben is an amazing trainer but the new guy seems to know nothing about what he is doing I hope you make it the it was, a lot better for puppies socialization..
STOP SELLING CHINESE WATER DRAGONS!!! IVE ALREADY CALLED CORPORATE AND AM WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. NONE OF THE STAFF KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THOSE ANIMALS AND EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY HAVE ONE, THE HUSBANDRY IS WAY OFF AND THE POOR LIZARD IS DARK AND LOW TO THE GROUND OBVIOUSLY VERY SICK!!!

My sisters puppy was stolen and they have possession of her but want an astronomical amount of money in order for her to get the puppy back. Their policy is BS ! The Most important thing is for Your "baby" to be returned to You /her HOME! Where is the HUMANE part in this policy??? This is #PUPPYPIMPIN! Ok this was my second time getting my dog groomed. Hmm.. the technician really was going to give me my dog back have ass done. Really?!?! She couldn’t do the dog’s face so she left it alone. Hmm,.. hell no have someone else who is more experienced do it. It wasn’t a problem before. Also their WIFI sucks. I wants able to download the coupon therefore the cashier wouldn’t honor the $10 off knowing good well there WIFI sucks. Ugh!!!
