This particular location on Richmond Highway in Alexandria, VA has horrible customer service. I was attempting to exchange an item I had purchased using the in store pick up and the associate insisted I had to pay the difference in cost because it was technically an online purchase. They did not ask for any assistance from the Manager or present themselves in a very professional manner. Don't waste your time at a place that takes advantage of animals
Our dog attends training there and has learned a lot. Mike T. is a great trainer. I've used Bark Busters for our other dogs and it was ok but not as effective as the training with Mike. I recommend signing up with him.
Racist manager works there and hes harrassing a 15 yr old child.
Have been in there several times recently and the service has always been good. Bought a ferret a few weeks ago, and was helped and informed very well. Also adopted a kitten from the last chance rescue center there today and again the service was great and everyone was very helpful. Will continue to shop there for all of our animals needs.
Me and my husband were in there earlier today went to the Saltwater department and there were so many sick fish in the tanks several had a very bad case of ich... The others had lost most of their color and there were No signs saying "Sick Fish" or "Not for sale" or "under quarantine. So disappointed those poor fish will probably be dead very soon...so sad nobody cared...
