I came in with my new husky and was immediately greeted well my dog was since he is technically the reason I'm there by karson and she was focused on all the things I need for my dog...took the time to explain grooming and food and just things I didn't know...overall I felt very welcome and was surprised as to how clean the place was and organized...
The grommer Aeriel cut a bald spot in my chorkies back and then hid it under her jacket. I asked how everything went and wasn't told about it. I feel that they should be upfront when they make a mistake. I will be going to get a refund and not returning.
