Went there with my wife and kids to get a new hamster and cage. All of a sudden this extremely rude girl with blue hair came around the corner and told us we needed to leave that they were closing. Didn’t ask if we were set just told us to come and it was time to leave. Extremely rude in front of my 4 and 5 year old to where they were heart broken we weren’t able to get there hamster due to this extremely rude girl. Will never support this petco ever again.
Never EVER take your dogs to Petco grooming department! I used to take my 3 dogs but one afternoon seeing how another dog was treated. I was mortified. Told management and they said it was an issue. If you know a person is an issue why are they still there?! I gave it one more shot and I'm sorry but when brushing out a dog, even with tangles, they should not be yelping as long as this dog was. There are other ways of getting a brush through fur/hair other than ripping it through and out!

To the staff at this wonderful store! Norah and I would like to thank you for her surprise birthday party yesterday! The card, and all the gifts were just perfect. Also, thank you for starting up puppy play again. We so much enjoy meeting up with our doggy and human friends! Puppy play is on Saturday's from 12-1 pm which is great socialization for your dogs.
The store smells like the animal housing has not been cleaned in weeks. I rarely stop in, and today I walked out after only a few minutes with a sinus headache, having not found that which I was seeking. I stopped by the small animal cages and found at least two that needed attention. One cage was empty but had food pellets in it anyway, and the other had a hamster whose wheel was sideways and litter was filthy.
