Worst place ever. After giving them 4 tries, there customer service was still non existent. Went to Short Pump which is a bigger store with still one employee and got better service 3 out 3 times. I will never go to another Petco. I went to a ranking site and they are ranked 1 out of 10 stars. Way to go guys
I have never had a bad experience at the Charlottesville location. I take Boscoe in to get groomed regularly and Jen always does a wonderful job! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I just heard that in a Petco in VA a dog was dropped off for grooming and was left unattended in a drying cage and died. I have also heard that this is not the first incident for Petco I will no longer shop at Petcos as there is no excuse for this
My cat of 18yrs had stopped eating. The young saleswomen at Petco said try this, Catsip. She took one sip and lapped it all up and meowed for more, she is now jumping around the house like a kitten. Thank You Petco!
