The store was very clean, organized and well thought out. Your staff was less than helpful or friendly. I searched for a while for my items, no less than 2 staff passed me several times, never asking if I needed help. The cashier while efficient made no contact nor did she try to engage. It seemed as if I was bothering her.

I was able to easily locate a worker to help me find the dog food that I found on their website, which helped me be in and out. Hopefully, the card reader that I was first using gets fixed or replaced soon.
I am really happy with my recent experience! We saw a Black Capped Conure 2 weeks ago but he was a bit out of our price range. He really connected with my son who has High Functioning Autism so I call him his little service birb. We couldn’t stop thinking about him and even pre-named him “Scritches”. We went back again 2 weeks later and he was still there and remembered my son..and he was marked down.
