Today I stopped in to get CAYLA'S nails trimmed. They refused to perform the service since she takes CBD for ARTHRITIS. They have cut her nails before. No I WILL NOT SUPPORT PETCO....

Came in for an item I saw on their website. When I mentioned the price was $6.00 cheaper online than in-store, Dan (the cashier) quickly looked it up and extended a price match guarantee so I paid the online price. Thanks Dan! Great customer service!
reptiles are not taken care of. they hire people who dont know anything about them. put balls in a small tank no cool side Aspen bedding and feed it crickets. from what I was told by the people who work there. also told they dont like to hire people who know anything about reptiles because they dont want to be told how to take care of them. I will be going to "the pet works" family owned and have everything from dog to fish stuff and truly know what is going on
I purchased a cleaner shrimp from the Petco on 4028 Tacoma Mall Blvd. It didn’t live for even 5 hours before it died. Called Petco the next morning to ask for an exchange. The man who answered the phone said that they don’t guarantee their saltwater fish. There is no visible sign that inform customers of this policy. That’s is horrible customer service.
