I was grossly overcharged. When I mentioned to the cashier, and presumably her manager, they refused to honor the posted price of the items. Horrible customer service!!!!
Since my vet was was overbooked for nail cuttings, I decided to take my German shepherd to Petco. I got there and things seemed fine so I went to pay the bill and look at some other things for a bit. when I came back in the room, there was another woman "helping" the original girl by pressing down on Max with her body and using her hands to press on his hips she was also yelling at him. Thanks for the great advice on the Nutro Ultra Small Breed Puppy food! The tiny pieces are the perfect size for my little itty bitty puppy and she LOVES it. I passed the info along to my mom who has a puppy just like mine! Thank you for the help!!
I was told directly by the store manager they would sooner kill their fish than allow them the chance to heal. I asked several times what they were going to do with said fish (which was rotting right out on the sales floor) and was repeatedly told they would follow 'procedure' and if deemed necessary given a 'euthinization serum'. Would not divulge what procedure he would be following, or why it's condition was allowed to get that severe. Enjoy taking the kids to look at the animals but not a fan. Like most Petcos their reptiles are kept in fair to poor condition. Chameleons in tiny cramped conditions with no room to climb or basking spots, Crested geckos kept too dry that they have stuck shed on their feet and being fed mealworms (no!), and wild caught animals like Russian tortoises.
