Update 8/26- Dear whomever wrote the reply, like I said… CONTRADICTORY. IT HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE BEFORE THAT MY DOG IS ON ANXIETY MEDS. You guys are either poorly training your groomers and they don’t understand your policy, OR not informing your customers properly so they don’t understand your policy. More than likely both. Groomers are extremely contradictory and waste your time and gas. My dog was turned away from her grooming appointment because she’s on daily anxiety meds. She’s been seen 8+ times while on these meds and it’s never been an issue until now. I was told BY THEM she would benefit from anxiety meds and now they say yeah no sorry bye. How does that make any sense at all? Maybe if that’s the grooming policy MENTION IT BEFORE BOOKING. Disgusting waste of my time.
