TERRIBLE will never shop at Petco again. Terrible experience today heading into your store. Rude employees and very dirty store! I called and no manager was available until the next day even the "department manager " was rude! Called the corporate office and filled a complaint with them. I was also told i don't have any points when infact we do! Over 500 points! Shop elsewhere. Dont shop here!
I recently had a bit of a complicated return but the team at this store stepped up to the challenge, supported each other through a rush that happened while I was getting help, and were able to get my return/exchange taken care of. The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, I know they will always answer my questions or do their best to find the answers for me! Highest kudos to this team!
I was followed around the store by an employee who was obviously profiling me as a thief and after spending money and donating I expressed my uncomfortable feelings during my shopping experience. Not every one who looks "unprofessional /unkempt" is there to steal from your store and they need to learn how to "spot" the differences between someone who has a cart and items and clearly taking their time and the guy who walked in with a back pack and was bent over staggering to zip it up as he's walking out but you were so focus... read more

Staff is usually very friendly and helpful (maybe a little less when the store is full of people and pets). Good value, very convenient.
