I am absolutely furious with the grooming service at this location. They cut my dog in two different places during his appointment, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, nobody even bothered to call us when he was finished. We had to call them ourselves just to find out he was ready to be picked up. The lack of care, professionalism, and communication here is appalling. I will definitely not be bringing my pet back, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for grooming.
1st time in the store so was a bit lost, but it was very clean, lots of small animals I got to say hello to, and was helped by 2 wonderful employees who helped me find what I wanted. 😊
The young girls that work there were very nice to me and my dog, Athena. They were very helpful with my questions.
