the people are always friendly when we go in, heck its like our 2nd home. and we got out 2 beared dragons,chameleon, and snake from them. always helpful with any questions and or needs we have..theyre awesome
Manager at this location was very rude to my daughter and we will never go back to this location ever. What happened to customer service and support for the owners of pets. My daughter was so upset and dramatized when she left. No excuse for this type of behavior!
