When you advertise grooming hours until 7 pm on Saturdays and I come at 4 pm to have my dogs nails trimmed only to be told groomers have left for the day...very frustrating. If it is "by appointment only" then you should probably advertise that instead.

After visiting the Santa....I get a call 5-1/2 Hours later stating my dog bit the camera girl. I was never told of anything and then kids didnt see anything and now are upset.
