The staff are ditsy. No one knew who was in charge, but the girl in the aquatics section saved them with the amount of knowledge and assistance she was able to provide me with.
Not one single person greeted us, asked if we needed assistance or even acknowledged us. One girl turned and walked away from us. I am appalled by the service here and will never do business there.
