I don’t understand how a week after Christmas, without warning or email Petco has stopped accepting returns due to COVID? They weren’t concerned about COVID when I went in a week ago to buy, nor are they about everyone there to purchase now - only those who need to return/exchange? According to the store manager in Richland, WA this started two days ago (first of the year). Last year it’s reported by several financial media outlets that Petco’s fiscal year ends January 31st. I would say that Petco has bad customer service, but in reality there is no customer service. Unless you're another employee and just want to grab. I guess sales don't mean much to them
Petco brass and company sops will get employees murdered. Dont sign a waiver and leave your pet unattended even for an hour or two. Me? I do unto others as i'd expect done unto me.

I came in almost at closing time and bought a big bag of dog food. Was told I couldn't bring the cart outside due to they were locking the doors and couldn't wait for me to bring it back. I had my baby with me so carrying one in each hand I walked out but couldn't see in front of me. dropped and sprained my ankle that I now have to wear crutches for a WEEK! your employees need to stop focusing on getting out early and bring back customer service! I will NEVER shop with you again.
I like visiting other Petco's. I work in the Wenatchee Petco. Sanga sp? Was very friendly right when I walked in. Knew another gal that I currently work with. Nice layout.
I go there quite often, I usually just go to but supplies for my snakes or my gecko. The only problem I have is with the conditions the reptiles are in, I understand that it's hard to care for so many cold blooded animals with various extensive needs and conditions but I wish they would consult with some local professional breeders, but that negative aside all other animals, especially the birds are beautiful and seem very happy and sociable, the equipment is very nice and as far as employees go, I've always had a good exper... read more
I took my Chug in to get his toenails done and they were super quick to get it done, and it's ALWAYS been such great service there.
