The Petco in Issaquah is well managed, clean, and the associate Ian should be named Employee of the Year. He went above and beyond to help our son find a parakeet. He was kind, thoughtful, professional and I highly recommend he be acknowledged for being such an asset to the store. This place is amazing - everyone of the staff cares deeply about animals. We have had tremendous results with their dog training classes. Forever grateful to Jaylene in dog training. Well worth the bucks - this is an amazing opportunity to have more fun with your dog!

Their grooming is horrendous and when I complained about a problem that a former groomer their had no issue with taking care of, I was told my dog's tear stains were permanent by Noel, the groomer I unfortunately put my faith in. It's not true. His eyes were worse last year and Joan, that groomer who I would love to find, cleaned them up just fine. I wonder how long this review will stay up. Horrible job and they should be out of the grooming business.
