Recommendedclean store and extremely friendly and helpful staff
I have never in my life been in a pet store this dirty the poor kitty's had no food or water. The litter box looked and smelt like it hadn't been changed in a week. I used the restroom omg it was so disgusting was surprised they had hand soap but no paper towels. The floor must of had a lot of pet hair cause my vehicle rug was covered in hair so gross I will never go to this petco again it needs to be shut down.
This ball is extremely thin. The rule is that their back should look like a round loaf of bread. If you look closely, you can see its spine and the back looks very pointy and concave. Please do better, Petco, and make sure this snake is eating.
I went to the Petco at 1985 N Pebble Creek Parkway in Goodyear this afternoon and was very disappointed in the Betta care exhibited. I found two dead betta and several were observed laying on their sides and were very listless. I talked to the manager and he was “surprised the aquarist didn’t catch the dead ones” but didn’t make me feel any more confident about remedying the situation. This store in Goodyear,AZ please don't buy Hamsters from there, I brought two hamsters from them on December 17th a few days before the holiday for my two sons less then a month they die one on 01/11/17 and the other on 01/13/17. We took good care of them feeding, cleaning cage, let them run around in their balls, I called Petco at this location and was told to bring the dead Hamsters back to the store, my 12 and 5 year old are very upset as it is, but to put the dead animals in the box then bring back to the store, however ... read more
