Went on line and made an appointment, I was sent a email with a time frame of when to show up. When I didn’t arrive at the every beginning of the time frame they want to reschedule for another day. Also treated as if we where an inconvenience The entire time we were there.
You could tell that everybody that works there loves animals that’s what it’s all about
I love the food I get here and the food rewards but, I have an older dog that requires males dog wraps and 25+ dollars for a pack of 12 disposables are way out of line, when I can get a pack of 50 for 20 dollars at PetSmart so in the long run I save more at PetSmart for the same if not better product (doggie diapers)
