Let me start of by saying I never leave reviews, good or bad. But, if I could give zero stars, I would. We booked grooming services for my dog and online it stated one price, when we got to the store they told us our dog was large and it would cost $20 more. We agreed to the new rate, signed the papers. When we came to pick up our dog it went up from $125 to $171. They refused to honor the price that we agreed to upon drop off. The manager came and stated she can give us a 20% discount and asked if we wanted to leave a tip. ... read more

Petco, keep on top of your online stock for in store pickup! It's all messed up. Employee trying to tell me that a certain bag of aquarium sand is live when I've been in the hobby for years and I know it was not. Shame on you Petco! Get someone who knows the department they are working in.
