Went to the shot clinic, they were very nice.
I've reported this to Petco customer service: 1) not the groomer I scheduled and we'd had negative experiences with the stand-in groomer. I should have walked out and rescheduled. The groomer did not follow my instructions which were in the computer and she should have already known from our previous visits with her: 2) do not clip eyelashes - she cut them off. 3) do not shave potty patch, only clip a small area (his tail curls up over his back).
