Love this place for all our pet needs
Great Customer Service. Young lady that helped knew her fish.
The Queen Creek, Arizona location of Petco is pre-booking Grooming appointments and when I called they said, yes, the manager asked them to do that and I should just cancel it if I don’t want it. From what I can see, this is not supposed to be the policy. This is unethical to have an appointment made without my consent and then the text says they require a 48-hr cancellation notice. Please alert the district manager.
