Their grooming service was horrendous. My regular groomer cancelled and my small dog really needed a grooming (had some knots). She said she had to take him down short on the body to get them out I said ok. Come to pick him up and she shaved everything all his ears and tail all bald. She had nicked his head with the clippers. She said it didn't break skin as blood was still seeming out. Cut through the quick in his nails. And he came out with bruises all around his body. I was in on Thursday 10/20 and Ciara (spelling) helped me and she was asking what was going on with my dog that he needed puppy pads and or diapers. I explained that he has hind leg paralysis at the moment due to a disc isssue. She was extremely helpful and comforting with her hopeful attitude that he will recover! Then she paid for his dog cookies I got from the cookie bar and threw in a Minzie (spelling) treat which she didn't know that those are ducky's favorite! Kati, Kim, and all the Petco staff have been nothing but wonderful to me and my dog, Andromeda. I know when I take her to get groomed that Kati will provide the best care and give her extra attention. Anytime that Kim is there, Andromeda is bound to get lots of scratches, massages, and kisses! I recently moved 30 minutes away but I still make the drive to go to my favorite store!
I seen the dog groomer get extremely aggressive with a dog. I ABSOLUTELY would not recommend this to Anyone!!! It was heartbreaking to see.
Everyone was so nice and all came up to give my pets a nice belly rub!
The groomers are wonderful! Everyone who works there is just amazing! Love taking my doggie there!
