because I accidentally placed an online to order that I need to be picked up at the store, and I was on hold for an hour and 30 minutes for customer service to cancel my order and never ever spoke to anyone that is poor customer service I will never order anything from them online again nor will I ever purchase anything in their store

If you have any kind of poodle do not take your dog here to get groomed..I have always taken my poodle to petco for 5 yrs in california with no problems ever but when I tried to get my dog groomed they said she had to be completely shaved down. She has never needs to be shaved down and just needs a groomer who knows poodles. I went to this location to use my mobile coupons and the associate was able to successfully scan one of them. When she tried to scan the second one, she couldn't get it to scan. She called the manager and he told me that they had to have print coupons for a paper trail not mobile ones. At that point, I had them void the transaction and printed the coupons to use at the other store in Knoxville. I have been training with my new puppy at Petco and Laura Parker has done a fantastic job with her! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend!
