They cut our dogs hair and did a terrible job. I called and complained and they had me bring her back in and recut it. I called today to get her an appointment and they won't take her. They said she nip at them. She is 4 lbs. Really, they won't get any of my money anymore.
Kudos to Jeff and Amanda! They really make our visits exceptional. They have taken the time to get to know our pets, are awesome at answering the millions of questions my kids have, and are extremely knowledgeable and informative with any questions we have. Jeff and Amanda really make it feel like Petco is our own personal store. Thanks guys and see you soon!
I'm not reallysure how to rate this. I've been coming to this store for four years and have loved it. The staff have always been great until a new Lady named Deana started working there she is very rude and makes me feel unwelcome. Now i wont even go to the store for fear she is there other than her I love the store.
I always enjoy shopping here. We have gotten 3 guinea pigs here in the last couple of years.
Amanda does an awesome job cutting our dog Annie's hair. She is also very helpful with any questions we have concerning her. Thank you Amanda!
