SHOUT OUT TO CHRIS who trimmed my puppy CHI CHI's nails today. He talked to her as he trimmed her nails. He held her as he worked on her nails. It made her less nervous n me less nervous while I watched. I will bring her back for sure. Also thx to the girl who helped me put the outfit on my pup to see if it fit. All round my experience was AWESOME.

Amazing friendly and knowledgeable employees! Love them all and now with a new experienced petsylist allows more available time slots for grooming appointments! Love them and they are all extremely skilled and kind. Would not take my pets anywhere else!
The young lady in there from poplar bluff store that was learning to train dogs was VERY VERY VERY HELPFUL! She was extremely knowledgeable of our puppies growing habits and gave us excellent tips on things we can try. will definitely be going back to cape store.
I've bought animals here before including fish and they lasted over a year... I was in there this past Saturday and bought some gold fish for my sons birthday this coming weekend thinking it'd be fine... Not only were a couple of the 17 fish covered in ammonia Burns but every single one of them have dropped dead but 2. So I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at my local Petco! I have a miniature dachshund who is a very picky eater. I was at my wits end with him he just wouldn't gain any weight. They recommended a new brand they took the time to understand his old food type and I can literally see the difference in the last two days. I have had him for ten years this July and hopefully for many more with sound peace of mind.
