went to creve coure store. first Mason my pom was not cut short enough. our dog theo was cut crappy. then they charge us $150 for a crap job. never take you dog to the creve coure location.
RecommendedAbsolutely love the staff there. The people are great if i ever had need the best food for Charger the people would always be willing to help
Don't go to this store under any circumstances. My family bought two fish and they wiped out my entire tank within days because of ick. Of course, they do nothing to make it right or even offer to make it right. Perfect example of corporate inertia, going through the motions without doing anything to keep a customer. Pet Smart is so much better.
The vetco was so inefficient and the check in process was ridiculous! The store is probably fine.
This seems like a silly rant I am sure, however I figured I would explain why I will forever order my dog food online moving forward. For the last year I have gone to this petco once a month to buy my dog his food. He has a grain allergy so its not cheap, but I am ok with that. I like to go in, grab the food, and leave. I cannot say enough great things about Makiya & the wonders she worked, training my dog. I enrolled my 3 year old rescue dog, Barnes, in Adult I & II classes. Today, he graduated, a completely transformed canine!! He went from jumping on everybody who came to our door & barking so much, we couldn't hold a conversation. He is now a pleasant, well-mannered, and obedient (**mostly!**) pup. Dog ownership just got a lot more enjoyable for me, and Barnes is much calmer. I HIGHLY Makiya's dog training classes!!
I won't take my Maltipoo anywhere else. The grooming staff is amazing especially Patrick and Nicole and they take excellent care of Jack every time he is in.
