Went to the checkout at 6:42 PM. Old grey haired lady standing there talking to an ex coworker, no one acknowledged us. We stood there for a minute thinking she was checking the girl out but she wasn’t, they were just standing there having a conversation while she re-ticketed items. No one acknowledged us, so we set our stuff down and left. Great service.

horrible experience. took my dogs there a month ago. which i am always there buying food. treats supplies. and I also get there nails trimmed. called yesterday to get in. because i have a very busy schedule was told my dog is not allowed. he is not aggressive. he barks. he is a boxer beagle he sniffed a girl butt and barked he is friendly loyal and sweet. abd to be told he can not come. but my little Chihuahua can come. he cray cray. but boxer beagle not allowed. i have contacted bbb and i hve told 25 people anf they are not... read more

Hire workers who arent rude. Told the guy I was ready to get my fish. He looked right at me and started talking to a customer who he knew was already being helped!!! He heard me but totally and purposely ignored me. I wasnt hateful or rude...I just said Ok and left.

What an awesome job done by Emily in your grooming dept. I've been having issues finding someone that can handle trimming my dogs nails. She did it! She is awesome. Thanks so much, Doug thanks you too...

Simply went in to get a few crickets for my gecko, it took them 10 minutes just to get my crickets from the back. They ended up not charging me for them, however while I was waiting I went and looked at the leopard geckos just to see different variations. These geckos looked terrible!! They were so skinny, ones tail was completely gone and he had stuck shed all over. None of the geckos even moved or opened their eyes while I was looking. As a pet store, you should take care of these animals!

Usually received good service from the grooming department in Arnold however our sheepdog's usual groomer was not in. The people working said that my dog was too matted to be serviced there, "you need to have her shaved by your vet." They didn't seem to want to bother,3 staff with no dogs to groom! 4 hours to kill
