Have been purchasing GloFish aquariums and supplies from this store. We had an early annoyance because we had purchased multiple fish, and 2 died right away. When my DEAF son tried to return the fish they hassled him. So we decided that we would no longer return any dead fish just give them "burial at sea". This past Saturday he (my DEAF son)went to the store as we wanted to add 2 more fish. BE AWARE! This was our first booking at this location and definitely my last. I experienced horrible customer service, lack of professionalism from the manager Jamie. On time for my appointment and she refused to provide grooming services to my dog... her tone was very unprofessional she told me to leave out of her shop as her staff insisted on laughing!
