They couldn't even finish my dogs haircut, and called and told me she was a mess and to come and pick her up. Thankfully I was never charged but she looks absolutely awful please don't send your fur babies here! Pictures from before and after in the comments.
A friend of mine adopted a dog tonight and we went out for supplies. When we arrived, Taylor helped us find the right supplies for her new dog. She was able to recommend food for his dry skin (salmon), holistic treats, collar, leash, bed etc. She also gave her a start up kit with coupons, which my friend was able to make use of! Taylor also offered the dog treats and recommended training classes - which we thought was a great idea, so we signed him up! We will be back �
Really disappointed. I bought two boxes of flea and tick preventative for my cats. When I got home I opened a box and it was completely empty, luckily they made it right and gave me a new box. But tonight when I'm giving them another dose I'm short one. I can't trust anything on their shelves. Ordering online from now on.
I'm a reptile lover. And actually own some. I'm highly intelligent about bearded dragons. With feeding bedding and diet. I was there and they gave ICEBERG LETTUCE to their lizards. I was livid. That could kill them. I cried for those poor babies. This is suppose to be a pet store and they are not educated about the animals they have there. If I go to the other petco on the other side of town they take care of their animals. This location doesn't know how to properly care for their reptiles.
I have shopped here off and on for years. I can say today that I am truly impressed. The dog food I normally buy through Amazon is priced extremely high on Amazon right now due to their shortage. I found it online for cheaper than your store had it and the price was honored. Kudos to Jennifer and your store. I saved $11 dollars off an already expensive bag of dog food. You have gained my loyalty today.
