I Was recently there to pick up a Fluval Spec V they had on hold and after some hiccups (they had the wrong tank on hold because the manager of the Brookfield Petco gave them the wrong SKU #) Then the computer didn't take off the appropriate discounts which I noticed after buying it. In the meantime....tbe grooming dept fit my dog in for a last minute bath and brush. The groomer did a great job! A couple of weeks ago I bought a bearded dragon here and was helped by a guy named Scotty. He was simply the best and so helpful with finding and getting everything I need for my bearded baby. Definitely the best service I've gotten in a while. Thanks Scotty!
Rescue Friendly! They carry some good brands of dog food such as Canidae- however I wish they would stop selling the "bad" foods all together. Wendy in grooming is Great with my blind dog. K9 Lifeline Rescue, Inc. Walworth County
Love your store- Friendly staff!! Very clean!! Only complaint is that it's more expensive to buy items in the store the online.
