Employee Faith was rude and had quite the attitude today and gave incorrect information. However Eion was very helpful and super nice after we were passed off to him.
The Staff that work at the West Bend Petco are amazing and so helpful. came there today with my three year old and our dog Rex to get the dogs nails clipped and it was a blast for all of us. we will always keep bringing our dog back and keep shopping at the west bend Petco. ps the girl that clipped his nails did an amazing job and definitely knows what she is doing. don't know her name but thank you. give everyone a raise at that store they deserve it.
Sad that you buy a reptile from Petco and they never have crickets to feed them. Always an excuse. If you can’t stock the food don’t sell the animals. Almost like a hospital not having the meds you need.

Twice now they have screwed us on grooming. I haven't had any problems with the retail part of the store, but the grooming has lost our business, they use to have good and caring groomers. Bring back Amy and Katie!!
