Karl, the store manager, exchanged introduction while I was mid-sentence conversing with another individual. He stood not more than arms distance from my right, in just an employee presence store at the time, sneaking up on me and abruptly shoving a mask so quickly to my face I could smell it. TRIGGERED. RecommendedI bring my mini Australian Shepherd here to get groomed by Natalia every two and a half - three months. She is amazing with her. Always looks exactly how I ask and is good at what she does. I’ve been to other grooming salons or small businesses but none impressed me until I came to her. I always recommend the Burnsville grooming salon to anyone who has a dog.
Today was absolutely priceless. We walked into Petco and my son had his Betta "Coupon", worth $10,from Santa, and was on a mission. After picking out his fish, we headed to the checkout. He put both on the counter and unfolded the coupon and read it to the cashier. While unfolding it I quickly whispered "just go with it" with a big grin to the cashier. I purchased a plocostymous from here and he died shortly after that. I brought my water in to be tested. JUDY, the old lady that works there, didnt even know how to test the water. She finally figured it out, then after she tells me my tank is too clean and it needs to have chemicals added to it. I followed their advice that they have given me and the next morning, all my fish were dead! One lady judy in the fish area is horrible knows nothing about fish an what to put in the tank, gave her a chemical that she said her tank needed killed off all my friends fish with her ignorance. Bad service bad management refused to help her with anything do not buy fish from here corporate has been informed

Very bad experience, Would not ever go back! I asked for someone that has experience with Grooming my dog ahead of time nd not only did I pay extra Bcus she said he was natted to much, the lady pretty much butchered my poor dog, Nd he has cuts all over his ears� Nvr Agian! Even the manager was Rude proceeded to argue with me very unprofessional!
