I had an amazing experience with Mackenzie in the Grooming Center! My dog, Jack was so nervous about his first hair cut. She took the time to give him very frequent breaks, gave him lots of treats and love, and was so patient with him. She even worked us into her schedule the following day to finish his hair cut. Thank you Mackenzie for all your hard work and patience with Jack! We will be back soon!
The groomer practically shaved my dog when I asked to trim her. The groomer then went on the say that my dog was very matted when she was not matted at all.
Called to ask about puppy training classes and customer service wasn't very helpful. Usually they are nice, so I was surprised at the rude response.
We have been very happy with the grooming services and staff at Petco Highland Park. Kari has been friendly and attentive in clipping Boo (the dog) and Atticus (the cat) nails, and does stellar work grooming Boo. Today, Melissa "nailed" it with the best Atticus grooming among many attempts with other providers since we moved to St. Paul last year. Thanks for the great service in-store and in the grooming center. Much appreciated!
Do not take your pet here to be groomed. They have completely butchered my dog's hair. Cut his lashes and whiskers but didn't bother cleaning up his private areas. Aside from that the rest of his hair is choppy and uneven. He didn't even get a little neckerchief. Was the groomer on something when they did this?
Thank you Petco Pet Store Highland Park for the free leash and free dog food samples to use for the dog I found last night. She made it back to her owner last night — at Petco - Highland Park.
