This location is riddled with problems. If I could give negative stars, I would.First problem I had was with a same day delivery item. I was delivered the wrong size kennel for my dog. It took the phone rep a good 45 minutes to come up with a solution which was to bring the kennel back to the store and swap it out. The manager working today was so rude to me I was going to walk out! I didn’t because my kid had his heart set on some fish. I cannot believe this woman (I’m told her name is Mackenzie) is allowed to speak to customers the way she did. Even my 12 year old knows better than to treat people that way. I only went to this petco for a certain groomer. as she recently left I thought I'd see if there was another one there that's patient for my sweet girl. I was simply told "well you could call the other place if you want to follow that groomer". I said "no I'm not driving out there regularly, I just need to find someone who can be gentle and patient with my sweet girl" the lady then said "ok, well, good luck with your search". wow...couldn't even recommend a groomer there for me. there ya have it folks...even their own groome... read more

Puppy puppy or Ada had. Great time only had her for a day she is wet and lovable thinks she is a lap dog; No children but she loves the kitty’s
Every time I visit this location I'm disgusted by how the animals are kept. The conure cages are absolutely disgusting. The water bowls were full of decomposing food, there was poop everywhere and the birds definitely needed a bath. I wanted to just get in there and clean the cages myself. These animals need to be taken care of way better than they are now.
They are so sweet to my girl and very friendly in general. The people there always enjoy seeing your dog. As soon as I say Petco my Kahlua goes crazy instantly !
