I don't appreciate being told that I feed my animals crap and so we don't carry that brand anymore. Worker was VERY rude. I won't be going back.. ever
This place is disgusting. The animal smell as you walk in the door is terrible. I went to buy koi food. I found it but then picked up the bag only to discover it was covered in dog urine. I then went into the restroom to wash my hands. I'm not sure what was cleaner, my urine covered hands or the restroom. My vote is my urine covered hands. I washed up as best I could - they were out of paper towels - of course. Dried my hands on my pants. Not going back.
Bummer that they no longer price match. Fleet Farm has Eukanuba dog food about $8-$10 cheaper.
Does Petco even know what good customer service is?? Been in twice this week to get some fish. The first time was Monday and could not find a person to help me out, even after walking around and looking at the fish for 15 minutes. The only person to be seen was the cashier. Then, was in Wednesday, and when I got to the fish tanks all the lights were off and was told it was because they were getting new fish in and was given the impression that I was not able to get any fish.
