I wondered around this entire store looking for wipes for my cat and not a single employee asked if I needed help while I wondered down multiples aisles many which had employees stocking shelves. One employee was blocking me from going to check out and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of me having to walk around her even though she watched me trying to get past her. I work in customer service and just thought there was no courtesy or support while I was there. Jo at checkout was nice. That’s it though.
I have taken my Ginger here for years and have had excellent service as long as Jen is working, today however my girl went in for a bath,haircut,nails...and my dog looked better when she went then when she came out..My daughter took her dog in at the same time for exact same thing and paid less and dog looks much better.I ask about the differencr in price was told it was corporate rates..BS..Very disappointed.
Danielle is an excellent groomer!!! I have a Havanese with a lot of hair, she always makes him look so beautiful �
