RecommendedDespite trying to set up their new aquariums, the customer service is phenomenal.They were out of a specific size of filter but immediately were able to run back their stockroom to get me a temporary filter, I wish I got her name to thank her. Then Joshua talked me through what to do for my betta. You can tell he really cares about fish and customers. This isn't a one time thing either, they are very considerate.

I have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was today in this store, and over something that wouldn’t have put the store or employees through any inconvenience. I am very sad to say I will never return and will certainly warn everyone I can to not shop here either.
Between this store trying to lie and refuse to replace a guppy that died within 24 hours of bringing it home, and now selling us a filter that broke and then refused to do anything to address the situation, I will never be back to this store. I stopped shopping here years ago after getting sold an anemone that they knew was dying, and now after these recent experiences, I am done here forever. I was in there a couple days ago and noticed the birds looked very unhappy and in distress. It was heartbreaking.
I bought 36 crickets and 25 of them died within hours.... Thanks for nothing!
We always have a great experience at this store! I love that they feature pets in need of adoption from shelters!
The last 3 times I've been in to look at/purchase salt water fish I've either been completely ignored or not a single person around to assist me even after having some one paged. Not to mention the tanks are really looking like crap these days! Poor fish!!
