There is some sort of dangerous condition going on in this center, with many emergency trucks and most of the lot is closed. Nonetheless, even if this weren’t going on, the pick up point for orders is inappropriate, illegal and dangerous. There is no designated pick up location. The store needs designated parking spots for pickup. Not the clearly labeled fire lane. Also, I would have order about $90 worth of Fancy Feast had any been in stock.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO PETCO IF ANY KIND BUT ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! They will steal your pets, hurt your pets, kill your pets and worse they won’t ever get in any trouble for it. Boycot petco until the figure out their job is to take care of animals not hurt them and rip them away from their families.
DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! These people are monsters and DONT CARE about your pets!!! My baby ferret got hurt and was wheezing and not moving. This happened Feb 1 while I was at work. My boyfriend was driving around, calling trying to find help for my injured baby ferret and we called Petco over and over again to try to get information. Grooming staff is the best!
Terrible customer grooming service did not accept the paper work that my dad gave them for my dog Chief
used to be a good grooming center. now they don't want your business. groomer I was to have last week just argued and kept making excuses. it was horrible. went somewhere else with no issues
Never Taking my Dogs there to get groomed !! I asked for one of them to have shedding done. Whenit was time to pick her up she was still WET and she is still shedding alot of hair !! Worst place! I recommend Petco down in Ironton !
