Went in several times to buy fish and anemones and each time we go in nothing is priced right. Went to get a $15 anemone and they tried charging $45 because they ordered it under a certain name and had to advertise it and sell as “said” anemone, even though they admitted that it was labeled wrong. The manager of the salt water area is very attached to her anemones and refuses to sell what’s supposed to be for sale. Seems like sales depend on the mood of the manager.
It's almost impossible to get any help here. Two times I've had to hunt someone down to get fish. This time 3 workers were all at the front telling people let us know if you need anything. I went up to them asked if I can get fish twice and they turned back to talking. Don't tell people you are willing to help them when all you want to do is talk to your coworkers.
I forgot to add that Santa at Petco was sooo good with my cats lol ❤️ He was like, “I’m excited to finally hold a kitty!” when he saw us in line and he kept telling Cayson he was “such a good boy.” They were patient with us and their hats (that did not want to stay on) and made us feel super welcomed. Not to mention the photo came out super cute! Extremely happy with our visit today! #SantaPawsForACause #CatMom
We took our corgi puppy there for the Puppy One class. She learned so much from trainer Miss Teri Marcovecchio. She was the best and now our puppy is following commands like a pro. Thank you Miss Teri!
