Went in the store on the 27th of Feb booked appointment personally with the grooming manger Crystal showed her the paper work and all for my puppy Appointment was sat for today March 1 at 12:00 only to get there and they tell me they can’t do it bc her shot records says she can’t get a rabies shot till she’s 21 weeks but I showed the grooming manager all of this before she even made her appointment I even canceled my appointment she else where to maintain my appointment for the 1st and they are so unprofessional

Today I walked in to the store to get my Sasha nails done and they treated her with such great care And Jo helped me with the biggest favor of helping me find here a harness that was perfect for her so thank you !!!

Being inside this store broke my heart. Several dead beta fish crested geckos looked starved. The rats and mice looked sickly and Greasy. One of the white large fancy dumbo rats was clearly dying in the tank it was breathing fast then slow with its mouth open. This place should be shut down or at least not aloud to sell any pets. The people working do not care about them. I couldn't even purchase anything I just had to leave...

Rude ! Rude! We wanted to purchase a Green Cheek Conure for my daughter. They would not even let us hold on. They claim they were not tamed yet. I explained that I have one for myself at home and I know how it feels to get bit by a bird and it doesn't bother me. She still refused and preceded to tell me that if I purchased the bird he or she would have to kept separate from the other one. I have always been treated very welcome and my marmoset monkeys love visiting this store. I have found that several items I have bought at other stores were higher in price than Petco so from now on I will go to Petco first.
