I'm a new groomer here, however I have 17 years experience and I just want to let everyone know that we are back and staffed and accepting new pets!
Very friendly and helpful staff I have to drive an hour to get there but it’s worth it in comparison to my Local pet store
If animals were kept in proper conditions they wouldn’t have to be euthanized. They had someone willing to make changes or take an animal that could have easily been helped in the right environment ,but instead chose to euthanize it without a second thought. Shows just what they care about most. The money NOT the animals.
The aquatics department used to be the best in the area. They lost their two most knowledgeable employees in that department, now it's gone by the wayside. I went in there just now and nearly every tank was empty or had fewer fish than you can count on one hand. And this is on a day that I know that they get their fish orders in. For last several months it's been this way! Also they "seem" to be pushing their dog training and grooming more than anything else.
The last two times I have been to this store, I have had nothing but trouble and poor customer service. One day they will price match, and then the next day you go back they will not. One day if they are out of a 28 lb dog food they will allow you to get two 14 lb bags for the same price, and the next time they will not. I spend a lot of money here, but they have gotten my last dollar!
Thanks to the wonderful sales people, my husband, daughter and I are happy owners of two crazy adorable ferrets!
