I will NEVER bring my dog back to be groomed here. I was told by an employee that Nicole (the grooming manager) bites dogs and puts their heads underwater in the tubs when they act up. I have also witnessed her attitude with customers when things get busy. I am outraged and will not return until the animal abuser is fired. I will also be spreading the word about this. This is the store on Savannah Highway in the St Andrews shopping center.
Just wanted to thank the three gentleman who helped my boyfriend and me during our visit to Petco last Saturday (6/24). We know that you folks work for Petco, not Charleston Animal Society, so we didn't expect all the help that we got. Joseph was really patient with us throughout the adoption process, and the other two guys who helped us carry miscellaneous items both inside the store and out to the parking lot were great.
