I love Petco, they always seem to have everything I need, unlike PetSmart, they don't Carry a wide variety of different dog brand's, and they don't carry mine. anyways customer service has always been helpful to me and kind..

I was in petco today August 5th at about 915 am shopping for my 2 new puppies.. I was looking for soft puppy treats for training and couldn't find them. I asked the girl that was cleaning tanks if she could help me. After a very short walking over to the treats, she looked at them, said, its doesn't say if they are for puppies any then walked away. I found that to be very rude. That is not a good way to keep your customers. I was looking forward to training classes, grooming and a friendly place to shop for my dogs. PetSmart... read more

Awesome store with great employees. They are always helpful and answer any questions. They are very knowledgeable about the animals they sell.

Love the service and staff here !:) always so very helpful! My dog coal just graduated his puppy level 2 class and he absolutely loves visiting the store and going to training:)
