After 7 years of consistently shopping in your stores I will no longer be a customer. You practice false advertising through your online services. Repeat Delivery boasts 1-2 day shipping and I was informed by two different customer service representatives that 2-5 day shipping is what’s honored and nothing more. I placed an order online. It said I could pick it up that day. After not getting an email stating it was ready to pick up, I went to the store. Nobody had even looked at the order and they said it wouldn't be filled until the next day. I finally convinced them to fill it, but then they didn't have all the products (even though the internet stated they were in stock). (See comments as an addendum to my orginal score of 1 star) I normally like Petco & it is usually our go time store for pet supplies but no more. The manager there today was willing to lose a good customer over $1.50! We bought a bunch of fish there yesterday & one died overnight. We took the corpse back but they would not honor the sale price from yesterday on a new fish! We would not have had to buy a new fish had the first one not died. Very poor customer service. We took our Border Collie Duke in this past Tuesday (13th) for a much needed bath. When we went to pick him up he was laying on the floor getting a belly rub. He looked so content AND clean,the ladies were Great! Good Job! We'll be back.
Our trainer is the best. She is training my Pack, which includes 3 dogs and 2 humans. Even my Lit' Bro now comes up to me and sits, just to get a treat. Other times, I just put out my finger and before I can say sit, he sits!
