The groomers were rude and the store manager is inept.

I had the absolute best experience at this location. Their manager was beyond helpful and kind. I went in with a bad taste about petco in general and will now be commuting to this one for any needs I have. The BEST customer service I have ever experienced.

This was an awesome experience! Or dog hates having his ears cleaned, his nails clipped, and his coat brushed, but he let them do it all! It was great watching them take good hate of our boy ♥️.

Even before I started working there, I used to buy all my animal stuff from this place. Now I know all the people that work there, and am very happy I made the choice to work there
Now, I understand policies, but I don't understand requiring vaccines for dogs that have proof showing it will kill them. We have been going to petco grooming for about 5 years and now cannot get our dog groomed because a rabies shot is required and to get that means to kill my dog. If someone has proof of this, maybe have some exceptions in place for it. It's a sad day, to lose a grooming company. On a mission to find another place, not gonna kill off my dog for any company.
