Totally unacceptable service. I was met with hostility, they ignored me, unwilling to help. I will never go back to that store again and I will tell all my friends and family never to shop there either. The female cashier with short dark hair stood there with her arms crossed and a dirty look on her face. When I asked her a question she acted like I didn’t even say anything. She was the worst example of customer service.
I can't believe you throw live animals in the trash. Petco will never see another dollar from me or anyone I know
I shop here, Petsmart and Pet Country to get my pet supplies. Haven't had a issue or problem with this location.
They need Better customer service, better attitudes, more employees. A Cleaner store, better stock cheaper prices.
Unfortunately the Medford OR location of Petco us horrendous with online pick up orders and customer service. My online pick up was marked as picked up when it wasn't and I spent 15 minutes simply trying to contact the store by phone. I eventually got through via the grooming line. The manager said he would call me back and never did.
The groomers are always kind and loving with our Pug. That take good care of her and she always come out smelling amazing!
I will never shop at this Petco again. Twice now I have gone in trying to get mice, both times I have been blatantly ignored by staff. Today there was two employees helping someone in the rodent isle, I stood and waited patiently for 10-15 minutes only to have one of the employees look right at me and walk away. When I went up to the cash register and brought it up to them they didn't care, only said they were sorry and offered no solution. Completely ridiculous that I can't get one little mouse.
