They are horrible. No one ever wants to help and when you do find help they don't know any answers. This is one of the worst pet stores with the worst customer service. I've continued to come in the past month thinking I'd get a better employee but that has yet to happen.
The lady that cut our dog (precious) hair did a great job, a first time hair cut n she was very gentle with her,we will be going back,all the girls were very friendly.
Justin was very knowledgeable about the needs of my turtle. Amber worked in the Aquatics department but was still very helpful in helping me find the right cat food for my special needs kitty. She was very honest and informative which I appreciate sooo much!
Found a new place that has better pricing and the staff don't make excuses for everything
I bought 3 seemingly healthy fish from here and within a week, my entire tank was dead. And they want me to bring in the dead fish bodies for a refund... but I'm not about to go search through all the dead fish for the ones I bought from there. I will never buy fish here again, and chances are I'll never shop there for anything again.
Horrible grooming.......destroyed our dogs cut...unable to follow simple directions...never again and beware!
