went today to this location for the vaccine clinic and was told it was cancelled. its listed on their website but cancelled. i drive 20 minutes to get here. Will not trust you again with your specialized services.
I placed an order for meds yesterday and it still hasn't been processed. The request for vet approval was faxed to the wrong fax number (my vet's previous practice). Fortunately, they called to tell me. I immediately called Petco and gave them the correct fax number. Then I called again last evening because my vet still did not get it.
