The check out girl was very nice & helpful. She had very little money in the til & had to call the manager to get change. Manager was an unpleasant person. Another employee was in the back row on her phone looking at her FaceBook page. A lot of shelves were bare. Their store hours are pretty sketchy too. Will not be going back.

I went to Petco today to look for new brand of pet food for my picky yorkies. I asked Ali to help me there. She was super knowledgeable about pets. I'd been to a few other places first and left frustrated with the lack of help. She stuck with me, answered tons of questions I had and helped me pick out some products. Definitely would go back and that is due solely to the help I got from her. Thanks😃
I brought home a blue posionis dart frog and when I came home it was dead. They put it in a card board box no water at all. Duh
I had an interview about a week ago and everyone was so nice. But I was wonder why when I brought up that I can't work more then 6 hour shifts due to doctors rewuest, why they said they probably wouldn't be able to work with that and I never got a call back......
Haven't met a rude employee yet. They are all very kind and ready to give Hemi affection. It's a bonus that they remember him without me having to repeat his name every time I go in there.
