The NLR store does a great job. This one was horrible. I was appalled. I just reported the store to corporate. The animals are so poorly cared for it made me sick. Several of your geckos were obviously starving. Fish tanks were filthy. Dead betas that had been there awhile because they were decaying and their water was yellow. Really made me sad and disgusted.

Absolutely livid. Baught fish from petco and lost my entire tank cause the fish i purchased ended up having icc!!! Thanks alot petco!!! Money down the drown!!! Maybe yal should just stop havin inexperienced employess working with your fish!!!!

The employees didn't seem to want to help anyone or even ask if we needed help. On top of that it was extremely hot in the store. All of the animals looked completely miserable from being over heated. Over most of all the animals living areas,tanks & cages were completely filthy..and not from over a day or 2. This filth looks like over 6 to 10 days old. I was extremely unimpressed & will make the rest of my animal loving friends dont shop there for any reason...sorry.
