Not yelling at customers for helping out other customers I use to buy my bugs not any more Layton Petco is junkies they yell at the customers fight with them the day before thanksgiving and just all around a bad store I’ve had been to a lot of Petco
I went to there looking for adoption dog or cat . Stuff working at there for adoption (they are wear pink T-shirt ) and old women was there .. she was so rude . She almost don’t want us adoption the dog just came in that day . And how she talk was so mean . I saw her name but not drop her name on here because other ladies were nice . I never ever go back there again .

Grooming services there are amazing! They did a fantastic job with our husky, and reasonably priced.
I always used to get my fish here, but I will never go back. They refused to sell me an angelfish without having a 40 gallon tank! Way too snooty and self righteous for me!
RecommendedI am a lady truck driver (and I run all 48) who recently had a situation where I needed to be in a different truck and couldn't bring much with me. I had enough dog food for a few days and ran out. I've tried several times to get in some place to pick up more dog food. I was not successful. This morning however I was close by to this particular store and WHAT AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!!! The store was not due to open for over a half hour and I didn't have time to wait. You guys are awesome! I have NEVER had a bad experience here! Y’all are super helpful and I never leave unhappy! Even when you don’t have what I need in stock you guys are super accommodating! Twenty stars if I could!!!
Worst customer service ever. I just needed a flea treatment and instead of showing me where to find it, I was told there was no way my animals had fleas. The guy talked to me like I was an idiot the whole time. He wouldn't show me the flea treatments, and instead told me my pets probably had "sucking lice" and that they needed to be treated by a vet. I've seen fleas before (yes, in utah), but this guy freaked me out and got me all worried that my pets had some sort of sucking lice instead. I took them to the vet and SURPRISE... read more
