customer service Called and talked to Rachelle about grain free dog food. She was very knowledgable and friendly. I really appreciated her help with an on going issue with our dog.
Super Pet Store This is where we buy our dog food. Staff is always ready and willing to help or answer questions. Only once in several years have they been out of stock on the dog food we purchase. Was just in with my girlfriends daughter who is 18 ad special needs and her dog, a 12 year old Bichon-frise. Aubrey loves cats and we went back to the cat adoption center. In spite of multiple dogs coming in and out, a very rude woman twice told me to bring my dog upfront with no explanation. Translation, we hate special needs people and don't ever bring her back in. Got it. You hate special needs. You know what? She didn't ask to be this way. She has the IQ of a 6 year old. She was crying when we left. Thanks creeps.
Poor grooming service, do not bring your pets here, because your money is better spent elsewhere.
Just recently got a new dog ! & I had so many questions .. the kind lady working there took time to write down everything I would need and how often and how much to feed the dog ! She gave me a booklet to help me learn more! I wish I remembered her name .. but for now on will be shopping for my dog at this petco! 🐶💞
My daughter was just in there to get our dogs nails trimmed. He is very old and hasn't been to the vet in a couple years but is up to date on shots. My teenager didn't have those records with her. The have set Hispanic female working in the grooming department just said to her "it's cheaper to get his shots than to have us cut his head off when he bites one of us" This is NOT acceptable!! Recommendedi got my pet rabbit, Eva here and she’s the sweetest and most gentle thing i’ve ever met. super well behaved and the place is so clean, from the front of the store all the way to the adoption center. absolutely wonderful staff and super helpful and intelligent. i DO suggest coming here for all of your pet related needs.
