RecommendedI tried to order our dog food from numerous places and spent way too much time to order online. I googled our food brand and petco came up. I actually forgot about this location. I placed the order for curbside pick up. Their website worked without a hitch. Received my order email and not even 20 minutes later received our 'ready to pick up' email. Nice people, clean dog foods!
My son won a goldfish at a carnival two months ago and I'm working on trying to upgrade him from a 5 gallon to a 30 gallon tank. Being a new fish owner is overwhelming so we paid a visit to Petco to learn what we needed to help along the Nitrogen Cycle. Luckily, Sarah was working the day we went in. Had a grooming apt. today at 12:30, no groomer there and was told they left me a message and called several times. NOT. The grooming room had a BAD ODOR, which seemed odd because the rude clerk on duty said there hadn't been a groomer there today. This young clerk was less than kind, and is not suited for customer service. I have spent so much money at this store, but will not return. Hope action is taken on this response. Pet lovers you would not want this clerk near your dog.
Had my Pomeranian groomed yesterday and Brenda did an amazing job. Lil looks wonderful. Thank you Brenda.
